What is a Leader?

Leaders are the people that help groups create their vision; they take the initiative to see that things happen and encourage others to participate; they make proposals; they organize logistics; they solve problems; they follow-up with evaluation and accountability; and they are willing to accept responsibility.

Leaders make things happen!

"Developing Critical Thinking Leaders"

All those associated with TRLP are committed to providing rural communities in Texas with working tools for community revitalization with the ultimate goal of developing strategic and action plans for economic development which ultimately lead to increased jobs, income and wealth.

For more information or guidance in organizing local leadership development programs contact the TRLP Administrator at admin@trlp.org
